The Department of Labor (DOL) updated the Labor Certification Process into the new PERM Program (Program Electronic Review Management). The DOL will process PERM applications in less than 60 days. You may qualify for the new INS PERM work permit in less than 60 days. If you have a pending labor certification application (Labor Cert) (traditional or RIR), you may also qualify.
