Permanent Injuction against Carmen M. Ceja dba Ceja Enterprises, Inc.

In the Chancery Court for Davidson County, Tennessee at Nashville in Case No. 06-783-I the Honorable Claudia Bonnyman, Chancellor of the Chancery Court issued a Permanent Injunction prohibiting Carmen M. Ceja, Ceja Enterprises, Inc., Ricardo Morales, Mitize Morales, Yolanda Larrea and Adeline Miranda from engaging in the Unauthorized Practice of Law. This includes receiving any compensation, giving advice, completing any forms for submission to the Department of Homeland Security, USCIS and the Tennessee Department of Labor. They are prohibited from advertising as Notario Publico, Notario, Notaria Publica or Notaria.
