U.S. government wants judge to throw out challenge to wet-foot, dry-foot policy

“A Miami federal judge today will hear the U.S. government's argument to throw out a challenge to its controversial ''wet foot-dry, foot policy'' regulating Cuban migrants.
The challenge was filed by lawyers for 15 Cubans who were repatriated last month following an immigration dispute over their arrival on an old Florida Keys bridge”.
