By Pamela A. MacLean, Staff reporter of the National Law Journal, dated

This article describes the difficulty that immigrants face in immigration court. "Ira Kurzban, a nationally known immigration lawyer at Miami's Kurzban, Kurzban, Weinger & Tetzeli, said that "there are judges who really have no business being judges.
